About the role
Run a single branch end to end — the team, the floor, the numbers. You own the rota, the daily targets and the standard of the shelf, with head office supplying stock, merchandising direction and reporting.

- 3+ years in retail, including team supervision

What you’ll do
- Lead and roster a team of 8–14 across opening hours
- Hold the store to the central visual merchandising standard
- Own daily and monthly sales reporting for the branch
- Run the weekly stock intake and replenishment cycle
What we’re looking for
- Confident leadership and shift-planning skills
- Comfort working with sales targets and daily reports
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving judgment
- Working knowledge of POS, stock and cash controls
- Availability to work weekends and retail trading hours
