Busy shop floors, short chains of command
Most of our team works in store, and that is where the culture is set. New stock lands weekly, displays are rebuilt around it, and the people who serve customers are the ones who decide how the shelf actually looks. Head office exists to supply and support that, not to sit above it. We promote from the floor wherever we can. A good number of our store managers started on a till, and our visual merchandising team is almost entirely internal hires. Training is structured and paid, and no one is expected to arrive knowing MINISO.
